Match Wrap: Australia v Equatorial Guinea: Football

I'd have to say, this was probably the most exciting and entertaining of all the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup games to date... and I've seen them all!

Let's just get it out of the way: What handball?! AKA The Hand of OMG:

The Matildas dominated the game but made it hard for themselves, conceding two goals due to defensive errors by Servet Uzunlar. The team and coach Tom Sermani have rallied behind the defender and it's hoped she'll start in the Matildas next must win clash against Norway.

Final Score: Australia 3 - Equatorial Guinea 2
